What types of clients do you typically work with?

We work with B2B brands at key inflection points—startups with fresh funding, growth-stage companies building structure, and established organizations navigating change. Many of out clients are EOS-led and looking for a partner who can bring strategic clarity without bloated overhead. Not B2B? We should still chat. We’ve worked with nonprofits, B2C brands, and purpose-driven orgs too—and love a good curveball.

Do you work with EOS-led companies?

Yes—many of our clients run on EOS, and we're deeply familiar with the framework. Ben spent six years onboarding and mastering EOS integration for his previous agency and now consult with others on aligning brand strategy, messaging, and delivery with their Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO), quarterly rocks, and scorecard metrics. Whether you need help owning the marketing seat or translating vision into action, we plug in fast and move with traction.

What’s the difference between fractional leadership and project-based support?

Fractional leadership is an ongoing partnership—we step in as a part-time CMO or brand lead, helping guide strategy, manage teams, and keep momentum moving. Project-based work is scoped and time-bound—great for brand positioning, messaging, a website refresh, or a campaign launch.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Every engagement starts with discovery: aligning on goals, challenges, and what success looks like. From there, we either embed with your team in a fractional role or lead a focused project with a clear roadmap, defined deliverables, and the right collaborators at the table.

Do you do the work yourself, or do you have a team?

Both. We lead the strategy and creative direction of each engagement directly, but bring in a proven, purpose-built network of senior designers, writers, developers, and strategists—people he's worked with for years. No bloated teams. Just the right talent for the task.

How much does it cost to work with you?

It depends on the level of support. Fractional brand leadership starts at $8K/month, with structured tiers based on involvement. Project work is scoped based on needs—most fall between $15K and $75K, depending on complexity. We will always be transparent about pricing and help you find the right fit for your goals.

Do you work with other agencies?

Yes—we regularly consult with growth-focused creative and marketing agencies to support internal strategy, operations, and scale. With nearly two decades leading sales, client services, and operations inside high-performing agencies, Ben brings a practical, proven lens to everything from positioning and service design to team structure and delivery systems. We also support EOS-led agencies with leadership alignment, scorecard development, and strategic planning.
